Client User Agreement

This agreement is between Ready Staff AI (“Ready Staff,” “we,” “us”) and the employer client or authorized representative (“Client,” “you”) who registers for an account. By creating an account, you confirm you are authorized to bind your organization to these terms.

Ready Staff AI provides an automated recruiting pipeline that includes: AI-powered resume screening and scoring, SMS and email outreach to candidates on your behalf, interview scheduling and calendar coordination, and data storage of candidate information submitted to or collected through the platform.

We act as a service provider operating at your direction. You remain the employer of record and the party responsible for all final hiring decisions.

By using Ready Staff AI to contact candidates, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have obtained or will obtain any consent required by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act, before candidates receive automated SMS or email communications initiated by your account; (b) all candidate contact information you submit was collected lawfully; and (c) you will honor opt-out requests promptly.

Ready Staff AI provides outreach infrastructure on your instruction. Liability for unlawful contact attempts arising from your candidate data or direction remains with you.

Candidate data submitted to the platform (resumes, contact details, application records) is stored securely and used solely to deliver the services described above. We do not sell candidate data to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your collection and submission of candidate data complies with applicable privacy laws, including any applicable state privacy statutes.

Upon account termination, you may request export of your candidate data. We will retain data for up to 90 days after termination before permanent deletion unless you request earlier deletion in writing.

Ready Staff AI is a recruiting automation tool, not a staffing agency. We make no representation or warranty that use of the platform will result in successful hires, that AI screening scores will identify the best candidates for any role, or that any candidate who completes the pipeline will meet your requirements. All final hiring decisions are yours alone.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ready Staff AI’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall Ready Staff AI be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or hiring costs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Ready Staff AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in unlawful outreach, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and data handling will proceed as described in Section 4.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
