By opting into the Ready Staff AI SMS program, users (including Candidates and Customers) agree to receive text messages related to job applications, recruitment workflows, automated scoring notifications, interview scheduling, appointment reminders, and vital account updates.

Consent to receive text messages is obtained through a clear, affirmative opt-in checkbox on our registration or application forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or employment. By providing your mobile number, you represent and warrant that you are the primary user and account holder of the mobile device.

Message frequency varies based on your platform activity, active recruitment campaigns, and workflow engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final automated confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.

Mobile carriers and telecommunication providers are not liable for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Ready Staff AI operates strictly as an automated software provider. The Company is not a staffing firm, employment agency, or headhunter. We do not employ, vet, or represent the job applicants (“Candidates”) who interact with the platform. The Customer retains sole and absolute responsibility for verifying candidate backgrounds, conducting comprehensive interviews, making final hiring decisions, and complying with all local, state, federal, and international labor, tax, and employment laws.

Ready Staff AI and Ringalink, LLC retain all proprietary rights, titles, and ownership over the platform software, underlying algorithms, resume-scoring systems, branding, and logos.

Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the software solely for internal hiring operations.

Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or scrape data from the platform. Users are explicitly prohibited from using Ready Staff AI’s scoring data, infrastructure, or outputs to train or build a competing recruitment software or automated tool.

By purchasing a subscription tier, you authorize the Company to process recurring transactions via our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your selected tier) starting on the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your user billing dashboard. Cancellations must be initiated at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date to avoid future charges.

No Refunds: All fees paid to Ready Staff AI are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated credits or refunds for partial billing periods or unused features upon cancellation.

All candidate pipelines, resume scores, and communication threads generated within the platform are the proprietary operational data of the platform. Customers agree not to manipulate or reverse-engineer candidate profiles or utilize system metadata to bypass the software’s intake protocols to intentionally underreport system utilization metrics or subscription tier criteria.

Ready Staff AI utilizes automated data parsing and scoring models to evaluate resumes and handle initial candidate messaging.

Disclaimer: The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the absolute accuracy of automated resume text extraction, algorithmic scoring rankings, or candidate identity verification. The scoring features are designed to serve as an initial operational filtering aid, not an absolute employment screening metric.

Liability Cap: In no event shall Ringalink, LLC’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or two hundred dollars ($200), whichever is greater.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Ready Staff AI platform, the SMS program, or this Agreement shall be settled by final, binding, and individual arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Ready Staff AI platform following the posting of amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
