A: Most clients are fully set up and running their first job in under 30 minutes. There's no software to install, no IT team required, and no complex integrations. You fill out a few details, and Ready Staff AI handles the rest from there.

A: None at all. If you can fill out a form and send an email, you can use Ready Staff AI. The platform was built specifically for recruiters and HR managers — not developers. Everything is point-and-click.

A: When a candidate applies, Ready Staff AI reads their resume and scores them on a 1–10 scale based on how closely they match your specific job requirements. It also generates a strengths summary and a risk flag for each candidate — so you walk into every interview already knowing who you're talking to and why. The score is information for you, not a decision: it never decides who is contacted. Every candidate appears in your dashboard whatever they scored. By default an interview invitation goes out only when you click Send interview invite; if you prefer, you can turn on automatic invitations in Account settings, which sends your scheduling link to every new applicant -- everyone, regardless of score.

A: The AI score is a starting point, not a final decision. You always have full visibility into every candidate and can override, promote, or dismiss any candidate at any time. Think of it as a first filter that handles the volume — your team makes the final call.

A: Outreach is sent from your company's identity, not from a generic bot. Messages are personalized with the candidate's name, the job title, and your company name. The experience feels professional and human — candidates receive timely, relevant communication rather than the silence most applicants experience after applying.

A: Ready Staff AI is designed to work as a standalone front-end recruiting engine. If you currently use an ATS, Ready Staff AI handles everything from job post to scheduled interview — and you add qualified, pre-screened candidates to your ATS from there. Native integrations are on our product roadmap.

A: Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you're never charged. After that you can cancel any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops your next renewal rather than refunding the period you're already in, so cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; fees already paid aren't refundable, and annual plans are paid for the full year upfront. You keep full access through the period you've paid for, then read-only access for 30 days after that, so there's always time to export your candidates and jobs.

A: Reactivate is for the candidates already sitting in your pipeline who went cold. If you have a spreadsheet or CSV of past applicants you never had time to follow up with, you upload it to Reactivate and Ready Staff AI re-scores and re-engages them automatically. Most recruiting teams are sitting on hundreds of qualified candidates they've already paid to acquire — Reactivate puts them back to work.

A: Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell, share, or use your candidate data for any purpose outside of operating your account. Your candidate pipeline is yours — we are a tool, not a data broker.
