Candidate Consent & Communication Agreement

Ready Staff AI (“Ready Staff,” “we,” “us”) is a recruiting automation platform that connects job candidates with employer clients in the staffing, light industrial, and home care industries across the United States. We operate on behalf of employer clients who use our platform to source, screen, and schedule candidates.

We are not an employer. We do not make hiring decisions. Any offer of employment comes from the employer client, not from Ready Staff AI.

You may submit your information to Ready Staff AI through any of the following channels:

• Applying via a job posting or link on our website (readystaffai.com)
• Emailing a resume or application to readystaffers@gmail.com
• Scheduling an interview via a booking link provided by Ready Staff AI or one of our employer clients
• Responding to an SMS or email communication sent by or on behalf of Ready Staff AI

By engaging through any of these channels, you are consenting to the terms in this agreement.

By submitting your application or contact information, you expressly consent to receive automated and pre-recorded SMS text messages and emails from Ready Staff AI and its employer clients at the phone number and email address you provide. These communications may include:

• Application status updates
• Interview scheduling requests and confirmations
• Follow-up messages if we have not heard from you
• Job opportunity notifications relevant to your profile

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out will not affect any application already in progress, but may limit our ability to contact you about opportunities.

This consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving any service.

When you apply or interact with Ready Staff AI, we may collect your name, contact information (phone, email, address), resume contents, employment history, and any other information you voluntarily submit. We use this information to:

• Evaluate your application using AI-assisted screening tools
• Match your profile to open positions with employer clients
• Schedule and coordinate interviews on your behalf
• Communicate with you about your application status

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared with the specific employer client(s) for positions you have applied to, solely for recruiting purposes.

Ready Staff AI uses artificial intelligence tools to assist in reviewing and scoring resumes and applications. This means your application may be evaluated automatically before a human reviews it. AI screening is used to prioritize applications based on qualifications relevant to the open position — it is not the sole basis for any hiring decision.

Submitting an application or interacting with Ready Staff AI does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, or employment. All hiring decisions are made solely by the employer client. Ready Staff AI makes no representations about the availability of positions, the likelihood of placement, or the terms of any employment that may result.

We retain your application data for up to 12 months from the date of submission in order to consider you for future opportunities that match your profile, unless you request earlier deletion. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing readystaffers@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Data.” We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

You also have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at the same email address.

By submitting an application, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from consideration or, if discovered after employment begins, termination by the employer client. Ready Staff AI bears no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information you submit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ready Staff AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform, communications received, interview scheduling, or any employment outcome. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection between candidates and employer clients.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
