Assembler I - Build Products That Matter with Valencia Staffing Plus Valencia Staffing Plus is hiring an Assembler I in Los Angeles, CA to join a manufacturing team focused on quality craftsmanship and safety. If you have a steady hand, a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in a job done right, we want to hear from you. What you'll do - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine correct assembly sequences - Align, fit, and secure components using methods such as screwing, bolting, riveting, welding, or soldering - Inspect finished goods and subassemblies at various production stages to catch defects, leaks, or faulty wiring - Operate and calibrate manufacturing machinery and power tools - Stage parts before assembly, keep inventory organized, and verify all materials against part lists - Maintain a clean workspace in line with 5S/Lean manufacturing practices and follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE use What we're looking for - High school diploma or GED - 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience - Strong mechanical aptitude and skilled use of hand and power tools - Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail, able to spot minute defects - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift components of 50+ lbs, and perform repetitive tasks - Basic math skills for taking measurements and reading dimensions - Punctual, dependable, and a strong communicator who works well with others Pay and location - Pay: $18.00/hr - Location: Los Angeles, CA If this sounds like the right fit for your skills and work style, we'd love to connect with you.
